Mountain guides practise most of their activities in dangerous environments. Even with the support of a qualified mountain guide who uses all the knowledge at his disposal, during the activity there may be risks or residual dangers. By registering you acknowledge these risks and residual dangers, you also renounce any possibility of recourse for damages and do not assign responsibility to the mountain guide.<\/p>\n
The mountain guide is insured with a civil liability policy.
\nOur rates do not include the customer injury policy.<\/p>\n
The prices are per person, they include the provision of the guide and use of equipment.
\nThey do not include everything that is not specified and agreed upon at the time of registration.<\/p>\n
Some courses or excursions will be carried out only if we reach the minimum number of participants expected by the program.<\/p>\n
The mountain guide may change the program or itinerary, at his or her discretion, at any time, whenever safety, weather conditions, or insufficient client skills make it necessary.
\nThe mountain guide may decide that the client is unfit to participate or continue the activity because he or she does not have the necessary clothing or equipment, or does not have the necessary physical preparation: for example, he or she does not have the proper canyoning or hiking shoes, or he or she is walking too slowly to reach the destination in a timely and safely manner. In all cases mentioned before: unsuitable clothing, shoes, backpack, etc., insufficient physical preparation, dizziness, slow or uncertain pace, there is no refund of the ticket or deposit.
\nClients must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the appointment. Clients who are late, of more than 5 minutes, will not be waited on by the mountain guide. There is no refund for clients who do not show up at the meeting point or show up late beyond 5 minutes.
\nThe scheduled activity may be canceled due to weather or safety environment conditions at any time. The mountain guide decides if and when to cancel the activity due to unsafe weather or environmental forecast, only in this case the activity can be moved to a new date, or a voucher or a refund can be issued.
\nIf the client decides not to participate because he\/she considers that the weather forecast or weather conditions at the time are unsuitable, no refund is provided. Only cancellation by the guide allows for possible refund, voucher or new date. There is no refund in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, for any reason whatsoever, even if communicated a long time in advance.
\nThe mountain guide is not responsible for items left in the guide’s car or van. The mountain guide is not responsible for clothing, items used by the client during the activity, e.g. cameras, rings, watches, earrings, cell phones, wallets, during canyoning, via ferrata, climbing, hiking activities.<\/p>\n
The registration, even verbal, involves the acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed above. The registration for some planned activities, such as climbing courses or mountain activities lasting several days, is considered valid only after payment of the registration fee.<\/p>\n

By accepting the Terms and Conditions you declare that you are aware that the organization, during the course of the activity, may take photographs and videos for advertising and\/or promotional purposes and you authorize Mr. Gino Malfer, free of charge, without time limits, also in accordance with Articles 10 and 320 Civil Code as well as Articles 96 and 97 Law 22.4.1941, no. 633 and subsequent amendments and additions, to the publication and\/or dissemination in any form of its images on the website www.arcomountainguide.com, on social networks related to the activity, in print media and \/ or any other means of distribution, as well as authorizes the same for the preservation of the photos and videos themselves in the computer archives of the same and acknowledges that the purpose of such publications are purely informative and possibly promotional.<\/p>\n
