How the voucher works
Yes, immediately after purchase you receive a PDF gift certificate to print or email. It contains the name of the activity you choose and all the instructions for redeeming it. It’s perfect even at the last minute.
With the value voucher you only choose the amount, and the recipient decides later what to do and when. If you give a gift of a specific activity instead, you decide what experience to have, but the person receiving the voucher can still change it if they prefer another activity.
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, but if due to bad weather, force majeure or organizational difficulties you are unable to use it within the year, we can extend it without any problems.
How to choose the right gift
Yes, in private courses the mountain guide is dedicated exclusively to the person (or small group) receiving the gift. No group to follow, just personalized time and attention.
No, no special athletic training is required for most activities. If the recipient of the gift voucher is active or has a willingness to get involved, they will find the right experience for their level.
